How to conquer curbs

August 8, 2018

-see where you go and detect the unevenness of the surface early enough to prepare.

-most of the time, making 90 degree angle to the edge line is the key.

-if not, this is the situation we sometimes experience. One main wheel is touching the ground, but the other is not. This case, pedalling movement only moves the wheel on the air, and does not make any force to propel.

-take up on a reasonable speed before you reach the edge.

-you may want to steer right or left straight after 2 of the main wheels are up on curb, so that you can use the slope in the angle which means less steep.
